Really, I haven't. Typepad has been pissing me off to no end lately - they double, triple, quadruple bill me, and when they finally refund the cash, they suspend the blog for 'non-payment'. So I'm researching other options. I've been bored with the design limitations anyway.
And as you already know - there's been fuck-all happening fashion-wise re: boots. It seems the designers threw their lot in with the bizarre heelless boots, and wedge heels, and boring BULLSHIT, and I won't waste another iota of my life entertaining their delusions until they get their collective shit together.
But I haven't been totally wasting time on BSG/SciFi fansites (well...maybe a bit)...D.J. has finally settled in the States for long enough for us to get a new Bootlovers issue together - and everything lands on my head to make it pretty for all of you.
The lovely Lady above in the outrageous heels? That's Mistress Tokyo of Sydney, Australia. She's been one of the Dominas/boot freaks posting in our Comments since Day One - so you may want to say Hi. You're going to see a lot of her and her custom outrageous boots in the upcoming issue.
I will post additional previews once we decide who is going to be featured - I suspect a popular Domina from the San Diego area will be included - and I KNOW there will be a HUGE AVN gallery.
