After my rant regarding the self-appointed fashionistas and their not-so-subtle slamming of the current thigh high boot trend - imagine my delight in finding this series of Christian Serratos pics taken at Nylon Magazine's 'TV Launch Party'!

Ladies - THIS is how you wear thigh boots in public. There is nothing sleezy or 'Pretty Woman' about Christian's outfit. While I've been purposely avoiding the Twilight hysteria, this young woman has shot into my 'Top 10' of young actresses to watch!
